Each of our rooms includes its own control system software. All of our rooms have an ER Panel from which you can control the room, you can reset or start puzzles from there.
If a specific room or scenario has a special effect/element – it’s included in the price of the gadget or room

After the warranty period has expired, any support or services provided by the Supplier will be billed at an hourly rate of €50. The provision of such services does not alter or extend any existing warranty obligations. Please note that the hourly rate does not include spare parts, replacement components, travel expenses, accommodation, shipping, or any third-party costs. These items will be charged separately, where applicable.

For every room we have an “items list” where you can check what is included in the price of the room.
Please make sure you check this list carefully, so if you have any questions or doubts then you can chat to us and get clarification.
All of our rooms have an ER Panel from which you can control the room, and you can reset or start puzzles from there.

NOT INCLUDED
Installation. Installation is not included in the price. It is very easy to set up our Escape Rooms without having any special skills. We have developed a very detailed instruction manual, so you will be able to install the room by yourself within 5-7 days.

Delivery.
We help to organize the whole delivery process choosing the best option for you. Pricing depends on packed weight and dimensions as well as how it’s delivered (road freight using a truck, air freight or shipping by sea.

Packing.
The escape room package shall comply with all international requirements for oversized loads for transportation. You may order specialized packaging from Indestroom or, if you prefer, from your courier if they offer this service.

YES! Prices can be changed by either reducing or by adding some puzzles, props or decorations. From our many years of experience in selling escape rooms, we do recommend purchasing the whole set in order to make it as immersive as possible. People want the full effect.

Again, YES! We can make any custom made design or idea. We can change the design and functions of our existing escape games or create your own.
We have a lot of experience creating custom make projects. We can do any customization with regards to the design or flow.

We never sell the same ERs within a 100km radius.

We provide all voiceovers/translations/printable materials in English. HOWEVER… you will need to help us with the translation to your local language + voiceovers.

Yes, of course, we will do a layout and wiring plan for each of your rooms.

We have our own support team, who’s available almost 24/7 and the dates of usage are term- less.

We have one room that is based on a “challenge”: It’s called Black and White. 2 teams are split into 2 different rooms. They have about 10-12 puzzles and a progress bar. Here’s the link to it: (click here)

Rooms should be prepared for ER installation (walls are built, painting finished and so on)  Completely finished wiring based on wiring schematics from our company  Presence of a 220V line and Ethernet cable (to local network) near the Black Box (see the Installation Manual when you purchase the escape game)

Unpack all the props and decorations (protection film should be removed)
Place and hang them inside the Escape Rooms according to the plan
Check that the wiring is correct as according to the wiring plan
Connect all the props according to our instructions
Connect all wires in the Black Box (Power, Ethernet, speaker wires)
Install speaker

We will support you and help you, every step of the way!

As mentioned earlier, delivery is not included in price. We do help you with the door-to-door delivery, so it’s not something you have to worry about. We have long term working relationships with top logistics companies that offer various shipping methods and the best prices.
You can however arrange your own delivery, if you prefer.
We can ship by sea, air or truck depending on your location, as well as your budget.
In order to calculate the delivery cost and terms, we will need your delivery address and which escape games are you going to order.

Our warranty period is 1 year (365 days). During this period we can replace items that broke for free, but depending on your location, shipping is not included. The warranty doesn’t apply if players use their unnecessary force to brake some elements.

Yes, anything according your order. You may send samples or a worded description of what you need. We have a list of gadgets here and we can customize any of them: watch here Shipment of small gadgets is available by post. IF you require larger gadgets or in a larger quantity then we use our transport partners.

Production time is from 2 to 10 weeks depending on the escape room type and our workload or how busy we are at the time.

Yes, of course, we can help with installation as well, but this will cost extra. More than 450 customers across the world have managed to install it on their own, so it shouldn’t be a problem. There is no need to waste your money.

We normally charge 50% prepayment after signing a contract and approving all the details. Then we start the production process, keeping you informed of all the details. Once the construction and testing is finished, we send you a video or connect via Video-call to ensure everything is ready and working properly. Once you are satisfied, then the final transfer of the remaining 50% plus shipping costs (if you use our transport partners) and then we ship your order.

In case of any problems with our goods, we will help you to diagnose problem. Photos and videos are the best way to demonstrate them. If you have some problems or questions about our Escape rooms we can connect with you via TeamViewer and program/reprogram our puzzles online. If the problem is caused by some internal issues, we will send you some spare parts.

Discounts:
You will get -3% discount for purchasing 2 rooms at once. We would love to be able to give bigger discounts, but unfortunately material prices have risen significantly and professional staff, require good salaries. We do our best to keep prices the same despite the increase of production costs.
You will also save money (per unit) on the delivery by purchasing several rooms instead of one.
There is one more option in case the prices are still over your budget: we can customize your rooms and remove some puzzles, props or decorations.
