1 STEP
Choose a product from our catalogue OR we can create a custom escape room tailored to your needs. If you have not been able to decide, we will be glad to assist you in choosing the perfect escape room according to your space, budget, etc. We will send you all the necessary information and a walkthrough video of our escape rooms, so you can see exactly what you are going to get.
2 STEP
We sign an agreement and you pay a deposit. You will receive a complete set of documentation for your escape room (a scenario, 3D visualization plan of your facility and an electrical manual made especially for you) sample.
3 STEP
We start production. During the production period, we recommend starting preparations according to the plan provided by us (wiring, equipment placing, wall paintings).
4 STEP
Once the production is complete, we run tests to ensure that everything is working. We will connect with you via online video to show you your escape room. We will send you the layout of your escape room with every puzzle, walkthrough and a set of instructions. When you are happy, you make the last payment and we ship your escape room to you.
5 STEP
You unpack your equipment at your location, test it and install according to our detailed instructions. We made the setup process as easy as possible.
6 STEP
We provide extensive support in case you have any trouble at all. In some cases, our engineers can fix it remotely. The warranty period is 12 months.
After the warranty period has expired, any support or services provided by the Supplier will be billed at an hourly rate of €50. The provision of such services does not alter or extend any existing warranty obligations. Please note that the hourly rate does not include spare parts, replacement components, travel expenses, accommodation, shipping, or any third-party costs. These items will be charged separately, where applicable.
