Escape Room Project for
La Clef de l’Énigme in
Quebec

“Our task was to find an escape room supplier with turnkey decisions. Our budget was limited, and on the recommendation of Indestroom we chose the relatively inexpensive but very popular turnkey “Jungle” escape game. We received very good stuffs, we are happy.

From the very beginning, we were constantly in touch with the support department. We received detailed instructions for preparing our premises. We sent Indestroom our floor plan, and they sent us a detailed electrical wiring diagram and a layout plan for all equipment and decorations. All we had to do was to carry out the wiring according to the plan and decorate the walls. At this stage we also received support. Indestroom employees sent us a photo of examples of wall decoration for this quest, we were able to get inspired and make our own “Jungle”. Also, we wanted to place a drawing of a board game on the floor, and Indestroom provided us with all the source files.

When all the equipment was already ready for shipment, the guys from Indestroom sent us detailed videos from the production, how everything works.

Further, the logistician from Indestroom offered us different delivery options and we chose the best way for us to deliver by sea. All documents for customs, the whole transport process was organized by the staff of Indestroom, we only had to wait. Finally, we receive the stocks. Nothing was damaged during the transportation. Very good packaging! Indestroom sent us a detailed installation instruction so we finished the installation by ourselves.

We needed bilingual game – English and French. We didn’t mention this before we signed the agreement but it wasn’t a problem. We received all the audio, music for the hints, texts on the equipment at 2 languages. Indestroom just asked us to check the translations and they made all the rest.

Actually, we are very glad that we were able to buy this escape room at a discount, since we managed to order it the week when the promotional price was announced.

So, we received more than we expected. We can definitely recommend to work with Indestroom team, we are happy with our “Jungle” escape room.”
