From Concept to Completion

The creation of the Casino Heist escape game for PanIQ Room in Las Vegas is an example of teamwork from idea to launch. The project was implemented as part of the Next Gen line of escape games, combining high technology, thoughtful design and a cinematic approach to storytelling.
01 · CONCEPT

Concept and Design

The room was designed based on the popular “casino robbery” genre, reminiscent of cult films like Ocean’s Eleven.

The goal was to create the most immersive and technological atmosphere possible, where players will really feel like participants in a large-scale robbery operation.

The sketches and concept art:
  • Details of the casino interior
  • Room layout
  • Stylization of an old gambling establishment with elements of espionage
  • Places where hidden mechanisms and puzzles are installed
These materials formed the basis for further work on equipment and automated systems.
02 · PRODUCTION

Equipment Development and Production

The assembly process included:
  • Production of decorations from durable, safe materials
  • Installation of RFID systems, voice prompts, light and sound effects
  • Testing puzzles and triggers before shipping
  • Ensuring complete safety for children and adults
During the production phase, each puzzle was tested for durability, ease of use, and compatibility with the PanIQ Room software.
03 · DELIVERY

Delivery and Installation

The escape game was packaged in specialized containers, which allowed:
  • Safely transport the equipment to the USA
  • Quickly mount everything in place
  • Minimize the need for room modification
The installation took less than 10 days and was carried out by a local team with INDESTROOM technical support. The room did not require extensive redevelopment — the escape game easily adapts to ready-made sites.

    Akos Gabossy
Founder and CEO of PanIQ Room

Our goal was to build a very upscale escape room that lives up to the standards of the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. It was a challenge to come up with unique puzzles and exciting story lines. We also wanted to create an environment which is very Instagram friendly and inspires younger generations. We also added a bar and lounge area, so players can discuss/ process their experience and spend more time at the PanIQ Room.
